{"start":0,"count":1,"data":[{"publicDescription":"<h2>Senior Commercial &amp; Product Lawyer | Immediate Start | Contract Until June 2027</h2>\n\n<p>We are seeking <strong>four Senior Commercial Lawyers</strong> to join a busy in-house legal team supporting a broad range of product, technology, and commercial matters within a large international business.</p>\n\n<p>This is an excellent opportunity for lawyers with strong experience advising on <strong>technology products, software, supplier arrangements, and complex commercial contracts</strong> in a fast-paced environment.</p>\n\n<h3>The Role</h3>\n\n<p>You will support a wide range of strategic and operational initiatives, including:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Advising on product-related commercial matters across the business</li>\n\t<li>Supporting software and technology product development projects</li>\n\t<li>Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex supplier agreements</li>\n\t<li>Advising on manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain arrangements</li>\n\t<li>Supporting intercompany and group-wide commercial agreements</li>\n\t<li>Providing pragmatic advice on contractual risk and commercial strategy</li>\n\t<li>Advising on regulatory matters impacting products and services</li>\n\t<li>Partnering closely with product, procurement, operations, and business stakeholders</li>\n</ul>\n\n<h3>About You</h3>\n\n<p>You will be a senior commercial lawyer with experience in:</p>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li>Commercial contracts</li>\n\t<li>Technology and software agreements</li>\n\t<li>Product counselling</li>\n\t<li>Supplier and procurement agreements</li>\n\t<li>Manufacturing and supply chain arrangements</li>\n\t<li>Complex stakeholder management</li>\n\t<li>Providing practical, risk-based legal advice in large organisations</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>Experience working within technology, telecommunications, media, consumer products, or other product-led businesses would be highly advantageous.</p>\n\n<h3>Contract Details</h3>\n\n<ul>\n\t<li><strong>Start Date:</strong> Immediate</li>\n\t<li><strong>Duration:</strong> Until June 2027</li>\n\t<li><strong>Working Pattern:</strong> Full-time</li>\n\t<li><strong>Location:</strong> Hybrid, with 3 days per week in the office Osterley Park</li>\n\t<li><strong>Engagement Model:</strong> Employed models only</li>\n</ul>\n\n<p>This is a fantastic opportunity to join a collaborative legal team and play a key role supporting high-profile product and technology initiatives within a globally recognised business.</p>\n","id":104785,"title":"Products Lawyer"}]}
