\nAs organizations move from experimenting with AI to operationalizing it, we're building relationships with consultants who can help people actually adopt new capabilities—not simply introduce another technology.
\nWe are interested in AI Enablement and Adoption professionals who can bridge technology, business process, change management, communications, learning, and measurable adoption.
\nThis is not necessarily an AI engineering role. The consultants we're looking for understand that successful AI transformation requires people to rethink how work gets done.

\nWhat You May Do\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n\nAI Fluency Matters
\nFor this talent community, AI fluency is fundamental.
\nWe want to understand not only which tools you've used, but how you've used AI to change the way work gets done.
\nStrong candidates should be prepared to discuss practical use cases, prompting and iteration, AI-assisted workflows, responsible use, adoption challenges, human-in-the-loop judgment, workflow redesign, and measurable impact.
\nWe're much more interested in what you've actually done with AI than how many AI buzzwords appear on your resume.

\nCompensation
\nPrime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience, specific candidate location, and engagement requirements. For opportunities of this type, a typical pay range is between $104,000 and $156,000 per year based on full-time employment, plus employee benefits. Compensation for a specific future opportunity may vary.
