\nAbout the Opportunity
\nWe regularly seek experienced Technical Program Managers capable of leading technically complex, cross-functional initiatives from definition through delivery within large enterprise environments.
\nStrong TPMs understand enough of the underlying technology to challenge assumptions, identify dependencies, communicate effectively with engineering teams, and translate technical complexity into business decisions and executable plans.

\nWhat You May Do\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\n\nAI Fluency Matters
\nAI fluency is increasingly important for technical program leadership.
\nWe're interested in TPMs who understand the evolving AI landscape and can work effectively with teams delivering AI-enabled capabilities—even when they aren't personally building the models or agents.
\nExperience with generative AI, Copilot, AI agents, agentic workflows, responsible AI, AI-enabled product development, or AI program delivery is particularly valuable.
\nJust as importantly, we want to understand how you're using AI to make your own work faster, smarter, or more effective.
\n

\nCompensation
\nPrime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience, specific candidate location, and engagement requirements. For opportunities of this type, a typical pay range is between $104,000 and $156,000 per year based on full-time employment, plus employee benefits. Compensation for a specific future opportunity may vary.
